Powerstar Srinivasan suffers fracture; Advised three weeks bed rest

Well known Tamil film actor and comedian Powerstar Srinivasan has suffered a mild fracture to his spine after losing his balance and falling on his back as a result of high blood pressure.

Talking to cineobserver.in, the actor said, “I suffered high blood pressure and as a result felt a sense of giddiness. The giddiness caused me to lose my balance and I ended up falling on my back. The fall has caused a hairline crack in my lower back. I have now been advised three weeks bedrest by doctors. I have also been advised by them to take a scan to know more about the injury.”

Earlier, the actor was rushed to the Raveena hospital in Maduravoyil after he complained of giddiness.

“I am in pain and cannot sit now. So, I am heading to the scan centre,” the actor informed Cineobserver.in.

Srinivasan shot to the limelight with his role in the comedy caper Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya, a remake of the Tamil superhit film Indru Poi Naalai Vaa.
