Vijay 61 title to be out on Vijay’s b’day
The first look posters of the film too are to be released with the title!
The title of Vijay’s upcoming film, which, at the moment, is being referred to as Vijay 61, will be released at 6 pm on the actor’s birthday, which falls tomorrow.
The producers of the film, Murali Ramasamy and Hema Rukmani of Thenanadal Studios, have confirmed this piece of news. Along with the title, the first look of the film too will be released.
The film, which is being made in Tamil and Telugu, has huge expectations riding on it.
Written and directed by Atlee, the film features Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal, Nithya Menon, S J Suryah, Sathyaraj, Vadivelu and Sathyan among others.
The film also has a strong line up of technicians. Music for the film is by A R Rahman. Its screenplay is by Ramana Girivasan and Vijayendra Prasad, the father of SS Rajamouli and the writer of Baahubali. The film’s editing will be by Ruban, one of Atlee’s trusted editors, and cinematography is by G K Vishnu.
Sources say the team has spent a fortune on the film for which huge sets were erected in Chennai. The team also shot some sequences in Europe.
The film, which will have its audio released in August, is scheduled to be released in October.
