The next bone-chilling horror part of the immensely popular franchise is all set to release in India this November.
Yes, sources in the know say that Sony Pictures Entertainment (India) has chosen to release Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon city on November 26 in the country in three languages — English, Tamil and Telugu.
Says a source, “Filmmaker Johannes Roberts brings the games to life for a whole new generation of fans. In Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon city, the once-booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation, Raccoon City is now a dying Midwestern town. The company’s exodus has turned the city into wasteland, with great evil brewing beneath the surface. When that evil is unleashed, a group of survivors chose to take it on. They must work together to uncover the truth behind Umbrella and make it through the night.”
Written and directed by Johannes Roberts, the film stars Kaya Scodelario, Hannah, John-Kamen, Robbie Amell, Tom Hopper, Avan Jogia with Donal Logue and Neal McDonough.
