Actress Priyamani to wed boyfriend on August 23

National-award winning actress Priyamani will wed her long-time boyfriend Mustafa Raj on August 23 this year at Bangalore.

It may be recalled that the actress got engaged to her boyfriend Mustafa Raj in May last year. However, the wedding date wasn’t announced then. Many expected the wedding to happen last year itself. However, it is now scheduled to happen on August 23 this year.

Priyamani, who made her debut in the Tamil film industry with director Bharathiraaja’s Kangalal Kaidhu Sei, won the National Award for Best Actress for her performance in director Ameer’s Paruthiveeran. Her boyfriend Mustufa Raj is an industrialist and businessman who is based out of Mumbai.

Sources in the industry say that the wedding will be a simple affair and that the couple will look to register the marriage on Aug 23. A wedding reception has been arranged in Bangalore on Aug 24. Several celebrities from different film industries including, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada are expected to attend the reception.
