The High Court has granted permission to Amala Paul to file a defamation suit against singer Bhavninder Singh for leaking their pictures together and for claiming they were married
The Madras High Court has granted permission to actress Amala Paul to file a defamation case against her former friend, singer Bhavninder Singh, for leaking their private pictures together and for claiming that they were married.
It may be recalled that Bhavninder Singh had, a few months ago, posted pictures of them being together.
Soon after Bhavninder posted these pictures, reports began doing the rounds in the media that Bhavninder and Amala had married.
Although Bhavninder deleted the pictures soon after, the rumours and the pictures continue to stay.
Now, the court has granted permission to Amala to file a civil defamation suit against Bhavninder Singh.
