Chennai, October 12 (COIN) Well known OTT platform Disney+ Hotstar is to begin streaming the second set of episodes of director Prasath Murugesan’s web series, ‘Mathagam’, featuring actors Atharvaa, Manikandan, Divya Darshini and Nikhila Vimal in the lead, from today.
The first set of five episodes, which was streamed from August 18, received a phenomenal response from audiences who have since then been eagerly awaiting the next set of episodes.
The gripping, intense series, which is being streamed in seven languages namely Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, Marathi and Bengali, has Atharvaa playing an ardent cop and Manikandan of Jai Bhim fame playing the antagonist for the very first time.
The thrilling web series also features ace director Gautham Menon, Dilnaz Irani, Ilavarasu, DD (Dhivyadarshini), Vadivukarasi, Aruvi Thirunavukkarasu, Munnar Ramesh, Sarath Ravi, Rishikanth and Murali Abbas in pivotal roles.
Music for the series is by Darbuka Siva, Cinematography by Edwin Sakay and editing by Praveen Antony.
