Kamal Haasan says he is embarrassed! Here’s why!

Actor Kamal Haasan, who has been very vocal about his thoughts on the social and political developments in the state and the country in recent times, on Wednesday said that he was embarrassed.

The reason he was embarrassed was because some reports doing the rounds had wrongly claimed that Kamal would be participating in a Communists’conference that was to be held in Calicut on September 16.

However, Kamal explained that he wouldn’t be participating in the event.

The actor took to Twitter to make the clarification. He tweeted, “Embarrassing. Was not asked for Calicut meeting with Kerala CM. I am at Bigg Boss all saturdays till October. Best wishes for the function.”

Kamal’s clarification comes at a time when at least one reputed media house in the country has put out a report claiming that the actor is to float his own party by the end of this month or early next month.

Earlier, analysts and experts were speculating if whether he will join the communists, if at all he joins politics.
The reason for speculation was the actor’s recent visit to the Kerala Chief Minister’s residence on the occasion of Onam.

However, there has been no official word from Kamal on whether he will be joining politics so far, although the actor has been dropping hints suggesting that he was very much inclined to enter politics.
