Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiyaa actor Sethuraman dies of cardiac arrest!
Well known Tamil actor Sethuraman passed away on March 27 due to a sudden cardiac arrest at around 8.45 pm.
He was 31 and is survived by his wife and his one year old daughter.
The young actor, who was a doctor by profession, shot to limelight after his comedy film Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya, which featured Vishaka Singh, Santhanam and PowerStar Srinivasan in the lead roles along with him, emerged a super hit.
Sethuraman’s sudden demise has come as a rude shock to those in the film fraternity.
Several actors have expressed their shock and condolences to the family of the young actor who was also a dermatologist.
Actress Vishaka Singh, who played the female lead in the actor’s film film, expressed her shock and offered her condolences to the actor’s family. She tweeted, “I prayed this would be a hoax. Alas, it’s true. RIP Sethu. So many memories from #KLTA… Such sadness and shock as I write this. May God give strength to your family.”
Several other actors and actresses too took to Twitter to express their sadness at the demise of the actor.
Actor Sathish, who stays close to Dr Sethuraman’s home, was the first to tweet about the actor’s demise. He tweeted, “Sad news. Actor and Doctor Sedhuraman passed away few hours ago due to cardiac arrest. My condolences to his family. RIP”
Actress Athulya Ravi too expressed her disbelief on Twitter. She tweeted, “This is really shocking! Can’t believe that he is no more! He was absolutely healthy and he has good and helping heart inside naturally. His girl baby is almost one year only old! It’s really painful! My painful condolences to his wife and family.”
Actress Khushbu Sundar, who is also a spokesperson for the Congress Party, too expressed her sadness. She tweeted, “He is my dermatologist..he called 2 days back to know if everything was ok..ever so smiling,soft spoken,very good doctor..more so a wonderful human being..his world revolved around his daughter..she would be with him at the clinic. Poor his wife..so young n unassuming. #RIPSethu”
