Mirchi Shiva begins work on his next film Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum!

With comedian Mirchi Shiva’s upcoming film Idiot all set for release this month, the actor has now begun work on his next film titled Single Shankarum Smartphone Simranum.

The film, which is being directed by debutant Vignesh Sha P N, will feature two heroines — Megha Akash and Anju Kurian — in the lead.

Produced by K Kumar for Lark Studios, the film will have music by Leon James and cinematography by Arthur A Wilson.

The film will also feature singer Mano, comedian Ma Ka Pa Anandh, KPY Bala and Mottai Rajendran among others.

Sources say work on the film, a fantasy comedy, began today in Chennai with a simple pooja, which was attended by a number of celebrities including producers Gnanavel Raja, Escape Artists Madhan and Dr Prabhu Tilak. Director Johnson, who is known for his films Paris Jeyaraj and A1, was also present on the occasion.
