Rajini, Kamal confirm presence at Ilaiyaraaja 75 event
The top two stars of the Tamil film industry — Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan– have both confirmed that they will be attending the grand event that is being organised by the Tamil Film Producers Council to honour Music director Ilaiyaraaja.
The event, which is to honour one of India’s best and the world’s finest music composers, Ilaiyaraja, who is now in his 75th year, is happen on February 2 and 3.
Titled ILAIYARAAJA 75, the event is expected to be a really grand one and all the country’s prominent film celebrities and socialites are expected to be present at the event.
The event has been planned over a period of two days. On the first day, that is February 2, the Isaignani will be honoured following which there will be a sparkling performance by other artistes and singers.
The following day, February 3, the maestro and his crew will perform themselves.
The committee members of ILAIYARAAJA 75 recently met and invited the icons of Indian cinema – Superstar Rajinikanth and Ulaga Nayagan Kamal Haasan personally. Now, both of them have confirmed that they will be present on the occasion.
