Rajinikanth dubs for new scenes in ‘Baba’
There has been a substantial amount of interest being shown in the film’s re-release by fans, media, distributors and theatre owners in the last one week that it has now got the film’s makers seriously wondering if they should release it in several theatres.
Chennai, Nov 28 (COIN) Tamil superstar Rajinikanth has dubbed for certain new scenes that have been added to his film ‘Baba’, that is scheduled to be re-released shortly.
There has been a substantial amount of interest being shown in the film’s re-release by fans, media, distributors and theatre owners in the last one week that it has now got the film’s makers seriously wondering if they should release it in several theatres.
What started off as just a one-show release on Superstar Rajinikanth’s birthday has become a wave now.
Sources in the know claim that the makers are considering releasing the film in several theatres not only in Tamil Nadu but also in other states and overseas too.
The technical changes such as the DI and mixing of the film have been updated.
In addition to this, the film’s music composer A R Rahman has requested for a preview of the film to check if he can upgrade it as well.
Recently, Rajinikanth also dubbed for new scenes in the new edit. The excitement the re-release has triggered has thrilled director Suresh Krissna.
