Popular Telugu actor Jayaprakash Reddy passes away
Several stars from the Telugu film industry including Venkatesh and Ravi Teja have expressed shock and sadness at the death of the actor.
Well known Telugu actor Turpu Jayaprakash Reddy, popularly known as JP, passed away early this morning in Guntur after suffering a cardiac arrest.
He was 74.
Jayaprakash Reddy, who has played a comedian and a villain in many films in various languages including Tamil, first made his debut with Brahmaputhrudu in the year 1988.
He shot to limelight with Samarasiha Reddy and was last seen in the Mahesh Babu-starrer Sarileru Neekevvaru, which released this year.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy too expressed grief at the demise of the popular character artiste, observing that Jayaprakash Reddy had created a special place for himself in film-land through his inimitable dialogue delivery and mannerisms.
