The actor took to social media to confirm the happy news.
Karthi said, “Dear friends and family, we are blessed with a boy baby. We can’t thank enough our doctors and nurses who took us through this life changing experience. Need all your blessings for the little one. Thank you god!”
Karthi and Ranjini already have a seven-year-old daughter called Umayaal.
The news has brought joy to everybody in actor Sivakumar’s family.
Producer Gnanavel Raja, a close relative of the family, tweeted, “This is the happiest day of my life.”
