Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh has claimed Sushant Singh Rajput had searched for the phrase ‘Painless death’ on Google
The investigation into actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death turned murkier today with Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh claiming that the late actor had searched for several phrases such as ‘Painless death’ and ‘mental disorder’ on the search engine Google.
According to celebrity photographer Viral Bhayani, Commissioner Singh had, while talking to the media, claimed that Sushant had also searched to learn more about behavioural disorders such as Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorder.
Viral Bhayani said, ” Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh today revealed few things to the press.
“Sushant would search for articles and his name on Google to find out what was being written about him. He would also search for “painless death”, “schizophrenia” and “bipolar disorder”. During the press conference, the Mumbai Police Commissioner also said, “All bank statements from January 2019 to June 2020 have been analysed. There were around Rs 14.5 crore credit in the account.” The top cop also mentioned that there is a fixed deposit of 4 crores too.”
The late actor’s death under mysterious circumstances has whipped up a major storm, not just in social and social media circles, but also on the political front as well. The manner in which the actor’s death is being investigated has also turned into a bone of contention between two police forces in the country.
While the Mumbai police has always been dropping statements and hints to suggest that Sushant’s death was nothing more than a suicide, the Bihar Police, with whom Sushant’s father K K Singh has lodged a complaint against Sushant’s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty alleging abetment to suicide, cheating and wrongful confinement among other things, believes they have a murder case on their hands.
It all started in June this year when Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging from a fan at his Bandra residence. The Mumbai police immediately suggested that this was a case of suicide. Soon, rumours spread that Sushant had taken the extreme step because of the nepotism that prevails in Bollywood.
However, all that changed with Sushant’s father filing a separate complaint with the Bihar police, suspecting foul play in his son’s death. He named Rhea Chakraborty as a suspect and ever since both police forces have been investigating on the case and presenting different sides to the story.
