Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor, who has a number of film projects in his kitty, has tested positive for Covid 19.
The fact that he had tested positive for Covid 19 was confirmed by his mother Neetu Kapoor, who took to social media to issue a statement.
On her Instagram page, Neetu Kapoor said, “Thank you for your concern and good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions. “
It may be recalled that Neetu Kapoor had herself tested positive for the dreaded virus only a few days ago. The actress had then been shooting for the film, Jug Jug Jeeyo, in Chandigarh.
She had then said, “Earlier this week, I tested positive for Covid 19. All safety measures are being followed and I am thankful to the authorities for all their help and quick response. I am in self quarantine, taking medication on my doctor’s advice and feeling better.”
