Sarkar teaser shatters records; Gets over 2 Million views in 20 minutes!
The teaser of Vijay’s upcoming film, Sarkar, which is among the most awaited films of the year, received a phenomenal response from fans today as over 2 million people watched the teaser within just 20 minutes of it being released on the Internet.
Sun Pictures, the firm producing the film, announced that the views had gone past the Two million mark on its Twitter page. It tweeted, “#SarkarTeaser crosses a massive 2M+ views in just 20 mins!”
In the teaser which is one minute and 33 seconds long, Vijay is shown as a “corporate monster who doesn’t leave any country until he destroys his competition.”
The actor who arrives in India to cast his vote, finds his vote has been illegally cast.
Vijay then asks people to stand by and watch how things change in the course of a day. He describes himself as a “corporate criminal.”
The teaser ends with Vijay telling the public,” Get ready folks! Seek out and find the leader of your land. This is our government!”
Directed by A R Murugadoss, the film features Keerthy Suresh and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar as the female leads.
