Rajini’s official announcement that he will be entering politics seems to have triggered waves not just in Tamil Nadu but across the country as wishes and greetings continue to pour in for the star.
Director Venkat Prabhu, who has delivered several hits, expressed his excitement on getting to know of Rajini’s announcement. The director, while pointing out that fans were not able to see both Rajini and Kamal Haasan in the same film, wondered if they would get to see both the stars in the same political party. ‘2018 appadi irruka poguthu,’ he tweeted.
Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan too took to Twitter to congratulate Rajini.
