After a single actor film, Parthiepan to make a single shot film next!
The new year seems to have begun with a bang as far as the Tamil film industry is concerned.
Yes, several film units have either released their films’ first look posters or have gone ahead to make substantial announcements about their projects, right on the first day of the new decade.
One such poster that caught the attention of film fans across the world was the poster of Iravin Nizhal, director Parthipan’s next film.
The poster, which was released by director Bharathirajaa, drew quite a bit of attention as Parthipen announced that this film would be a single-shot feature film.
It may be recalled that Parthiepan made Oththa Seruppu, a film which featured only him last year. The film, which had come in for critical acclaim and had even managed to make money at the box office, entered record books for featuring just one actor.
Buoyed by its success, Parthiepan seems to have embarked on this new venture, which he says will feature many actors but will be made in a single shot.
Pre-production work has already started and a major portion of the film is to be shot in Chennai.
The unit is to make announcements regarding the other cast members shortly.
