Simbu begins work on Sundar C’s film in Georgia
Work on the Tamil remake of the Telugu Superhit film, Attarintiki Daredi, which featured Pawan Kalyan and Samantha in the lead, began today.
Sources close to the unit of the film say that the Tamil remake, which will have Simbu and Megha Akash playing the lead, began today in Georgia.
The film, which is being directed by Sundar C, will have the director’s wife Kushboo reprising actress Nadhiya’s role.
It is unclear as to who will play the role Pranitha Subhash played in the Telugu version.
Simbu fans are delighted with the news that he is now working with Sundar C. Already, the actor has Mani Ratnam’s Chekka Chivantha Vaanam awaiting release. This film is expected to hit screens on September 27.
